Be sure to come in a few minutes before your scheduled visit so that we may assist you in completing the necessary paperwork for your appointment. As a convenience to you, you may print off and fill out the medical history form ahead of time and bring it in with you. We will then take a series of digital x-rays. Rest assured we use only new and safe technology that is used to best evaluate your condition. The results are immediate so there is no waiting. Whether you are seeing one of our skilled Hygienists for an expert cleaning or you are here to be seen by one of our Doctors, you will receive a comprehensive oral evaluation from our Doctor. If any treatments are needed, you will receive a complete written Treatment Plan and given ample time to discuss your treatment with our doctor in our private Consulation Room. Upon your checkout, we will let you know the details of your specifc dental insurance plan and let you know when your next appointment is whether it's for your treatment plan or for your next cleaning. It's as simple as that. And of course, if you have any questions or concerns at all, we will be happy to address them for you.
