On your first visit to Roane Dental, there are a few important pieces of information that we are going to ask you to share with us.

This includes your medidcal history, dental history, and any medications you may be taking or have just finished.

The reason we ask for this is simply to make sure that we can take the best possible care of you.  Put simply, the more information we know about you, the better we can take care of you.
